Questions about plans
Why is AI analysis included on every plan?
It runs on your own agent, on your own subscription — it is not our cost, so we do not charge for it. What you pay for is two things: taking your data with you, and keeping it out of the corpus.
What counts as an agent?
A line of work — a project, or a Cowork Project. Archived agents do not count toward the limit.
How is my data used on Free?
De-identified conversations are used to improve Actario. On Free this cannot be turned off, and it is said plainly at sign-up. Pro can opt out in settings; Team can agree its own terms.
Can I take my data with me on Free?
You can see everything on screen and copy any of it. One-click full export — records, summaries and the original bundles, in an open format — is a paid feature. Legal rights of access, deletion and portability apply on every plan.
Can I pay now?
Not yet. Actario is in preview: online billing is not open, and prices may change before general availability. In the meantime, plans are set by the Actario team.
